Through
arrangement with our associates at Adventure Experiences, Inc., Adventure Times
has put together a fantastic opportunity for you to feel the sense of accomplishment
as you learn new skills and experience personal growth in this exciting wilderness
program. Find out that you can exceed your own expectations! Also, we offer new
friends and plenty of fun.

Adventure
Experiences is located at 10,000 feet above sea level in the
grandeur of the Rocky Mountains just 45 miles northeast of Gunnison,
Colorado. The spectacular scenery of our back country base camp
is the perfect site for your wilderness experience. With the impressive
Continental Divide as a backdrop, you will enjoy the peacefulness
and thrills of the majestic Colorado high country.
We
will provide a highly qualified and experienced staff with student
to instructor ratio of 3:1 for the rock climbing and rappelling
portion of our adventure. Professional instruction, all equipment
and gear is provided for all events!
Base
camp is ideally situated in the heart of Gunnison National Forest.
It has a picturesque view of the Continental Divide and virtually
untouched mountain stream within its boundaries. Because of its
remoteness, alternative energy systems are used. Solar and wood
energy systems provide hot water for showers, heat for saunas and
cabins, and power for communications. Log cabins are provided for
in base camp living and are complete with bunk beds and wood burning
stoves.
Food is good home cooking, including vegetarian options,
and is served with a big appetite in mind. We provide all equipment
except sleeping bags and personal items.
Investment:
$1650.
Please keep an eye on our website for future summer dates for this program.
(We will offer a $50 discount for registration before May 1st.)
This includes all events, unique housing, healthy meals, equipment,
instruction, guides and all GROUND transportation.
Please call Adventure Times at 1-888-KAYAK-FL for flight information.
